DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS FOR STYLED WIGS?
At this moment in time we do not offer commissioned hairstyles. The only customs styles are the ones listed in our Styled Wigs section.

I'm so pleased you've decided to browse my catalog of wigs, before you make your purchase be sure and read up on the wigs individual descriptions, and see which wig will work best for you. I have many options ranging from Premium wigs, wigs with tinsel, permateasing, and even deluxe hairlines. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
Restocking is a frequent thing here at Jaymes Mansfield Beauty, however due to the effects of Covid-19 restock speed has decreased. To stay up to date please sign up for my news letter or follow my updates on the Jaymes Mansfield Beauty Instagram page @jaymesmansfieldbeauty. It’s the best place to get up to date information about restocks. 

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FOR WIGS?
I’m so glad you asked, being such a down to earth and relatable influential  influencer I package and ship all my products. You know you are loved when you order from me and wigs are no exception. The SHIPPING prices are as followed.
NEW FLAT RATE SHIPPING
$8.00 for Domestic
$25.00 for International

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You know I love you and as an influential influencer, your satisfaction is my ultimate goal! aside from world domination. Due to the fact this style is one of a kind we can not offer an exchange for another product and for sanitary reasons we don't offer returns. If a shipment arrives damaged please contact me at jaymesmansfieldbeauty@gmail.com with picture proof within 24 hours of arrival so we can work something out.

If a wig has to be refunded, GUIDELINES REGARDING OUR REFUND PROCESS IS LISTED BELOW


  1. The wig has to be shipped back within 5 calendar days of delivery to you with the original packaging.
  2. The wig must be sent back in the condition the wig was received.
  3. The lace can’t be cut in anyway, IF THE LACE IS CUT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
  4. The customer must provide us with the tracking number at jaymesmansfieldbeauty@gmail.com.
  5. IF A WIG NEEDS TO BE RETURNED THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST.
  6. IF ANY OF THE GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE WIG AND THE GUIDELINES WERE FOLLOWED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. 

If a product needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. For international shipping, all customs fees applied are the customer's responsibility. Jaymes Mansfield Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. It takes 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment after the order (and payment) has been received.
